Uncharted: Golden Abyss Gameplay
Developers from Bend Studios showed off Uncharted: Golden Abyss for the PlayStation Vita live during Sony’s E3 2011 press conference. Bend Studios showed off how the game makes good use of the touch screen and rear touch pad, as well as the standard control scheme.
During the presentation, the developers ran Drake through a beautifully rendered jungle setting. The game looks stunningly close to its PS3 brethren. The control schemes can be used interchangeably, so if you want to make Drake swing on a rope or jump over a log, you can feel free to use the analog stick or the touch pad.
The demo did a great job of showing just what the PS Vita is capable of. I am just as excited for this as I am Uncharted 3, and that’s saying something.
