Disney Reportedly In Talks To Re-Hire James Gunn
Apparently, Marvel is talking to Disney about possibly reinstating James Gunn as director of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Marvel feels that it would be in everyone’s best interest to keep Gunn on board, especially after the entire Guardians of the Galaxy cast wrote an open letter supporting Gunn.
Gunn was recently fired after a series of vulgar tweets from almost a decade ago surfaced.
Disney re-hiring Gunn is considered very unlikely due to the offensive nature of the tweets and Disney’s family-friendly spirit.
