Bruce Willis “Greedy And Lazy”, Demanded $1M Per Day For Expendables 3
Bruce Willis demanded a ridiculous $1 million per day to star in The Expendables 3, which Sly Stallone refused before replacing him with Harrison Ford.
Yesterday, news broke about Bruce Willis dropping out of The Expendables 3, after being a part of both previous films. Producer Sylvester Stallone called him out on Twitter as being “greedy and lazy”, after giving the news that legendary actor Harrison Ford had already been called in to replace him. Now more news is coming to the surface, as it’s been brought to light by an anonymous source that Bruce Willis demanded a staggering $1 million per day of shooting, more than anyone else in the film. He was unhappy with the $3 million he was getting for just 4 days of shooting in Bulgaria, and Stallone refused to put up with his diva antics and cut him loose.
“He said he’d drop out unless he got $4 million,” a source told The Hollywood Reporter. “A million dollars a day. Stallone and everybody else involved said no.” Stallone then got in contact with Harrison Ford, who was happy to be added to the all-star action hero cast.
The source continued, “I think [Willis] was pretty surprised he was replaced in 72 hours by Harrison Ford — a better actor, a much nicer person and a more interesting direction for the film.”
