Razer introduces two new headsets to the family, the Hammerhead and Hammerhead Pro, both due to be released in August.
Razer has announced the launch of their new Razer Hammerhead series of in-ear headsets, optimized for mobile gaming and music listening.
Featuring 9mm neodymium drivers, the Razer Hammerhead headsets promise fantastic audio fidelity as well as durability (they’re machined from aircraft-grade aluminum), while still being lightweight and comfortable. Two versions will be available at launch, the Hammerhead and Hammerhead Pro, which are compatible with iPhone, Android and mobile devices. The Hammerhead Pro features an omni-directional microphone for voice chat and phone calls. Interchangeable ear tips and bi-flange attachments are included, along with a compact carrying case. An audio/mic splitter allows PC connection. The Hammerhead headsets boast a wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
Both headsets will be available in August, and will retail for $49.99 (Hammerhead) and $69.99 (Hammerhead Pro).
